OUR STORY
Pull and Press Café was born within the walls of Paragon Athletic Center, a space built to redefine what it means to train, recover, and live well. Surrounded by elite strength coaches, wellness practitioners, and high-performing individuals, we recognized a gap — the need for a café experience that didn’t just serve food and coffee, but truly supported the elevated lifestyle of those walking through Paragon’s doors.
We set out to create something different. A café where ingredients are as clean as the training methods, where sourcing is intentional, and where every offering supports clarity, energy, and recovery. It wasn’t about trends or convenience — it was about aligning nutrition with purpose.
